Hi Mark,

I wanted to send over our July roast schedule before we open orders to the rest of the list.

We're roasting three small batches next week:

- Hojicha, Uji stem tea, medium roast
- Tieguanyin, charcoal finish, light roast
- Wuyi Shui Xian, basket roast, medium-dark

The hojicha is the one I think would fit best on your shelf. It has the toasted barley and cocoa notes people liked in the spring batch, but this lot is a little cleaner and sweeter. We're only roasting 18 kg total, packed in 100 g tins or 1 kg cafe bags.

If you'd like, I can hold back:
- 24 tins
- 3 cafe bags
- one sample set for staff tasting

Roast day is Tuesday, July 14, and we expect to ship Thursday.
