## Decisions

- Proceed with the medium-roast Tieguanyin profile from Trial 24B. It had the best balance of toasted grain, orchid, and lingering sweetness.
- Reduce batch size from 8 kg to 6 kg for the first three production runs to improve temperature control and consistency.
- Launch the roasted hojicha and Tieguanyin as a two-tea late-summer collection on August 28.
- Use the existing 75 g tins for retail and kraft-lined 500 g bags for wholesale orders.
- Add roast date, lot number, and recommended steeping temperature to all labels.
- Hold the current retail pricing. Wholesale pricing will be reviewed after final packaging and freight costs are confirmed.
- Reserve the remaining high-mountain oolong inventory for direct-to-consumer sales rather than accepting additional wholesale commitments.
- Schedule weekly sensory checks for all finished batches during the first month after roasting.

- **Maya:** Document the final Tieguanyin roast curve and approved cooling procedure by August 1.
- **Luis:** Update the production schedule for 6 kg batches and complete equipment cleaning before the first run on August 5.
- **Priya:** Confirm availability and landed cost for the next shipment of green Tieguanyin by August 4.
