Priya reported that the project has $14,800 available after the latest neighborhood grant disbursement. The group discussed reserving part of the budget for replacement hardware and emergency repairs instead of spending the full amount on new installs.

Samira noted strong interest from renters, but several property owners still need clearer information about rooftop access, liability, and power usage. Denise suggested a one-page landlord FAQ.
