Hi Alex,

Thanks for signing up for HarborLink, our neighborhood-run mesh-network ISP. We’re ready to install a small rooftop relay at your building on Cedar Street, which will provide your connection and help extend coverage to nearby homes.

The installation should take about 90 minutes. We’ll mount a weatherproof radio near the existing antenna mast, run one Ethernet cable to your apartment, and connect it to a compact indoor router. There’s no drilling through the roof membrane, and we’ll coordinate access with your property manager.

Your plan will be $35 per month for service up to 100 Mbps, with no contract or data cap. Actual speeds may vary during severe weather or if an upstream relay goes offline, though the mesh normally reroutes traffic automatically.
