Beta creators reported that episode publishing is easy to understand, but several users were confused by the difference between saving a draft and scheduling an episode. Customer Success also flagged recurring questions about how long it takes for updates to appear in Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Engineering reviewed recent RSS feed incidents. Most failures came from invalid metadata, missing enclosure URLs, or oversized cover art. The team agreed the platform should prevent these issues before publishing instead of relying on post-publish alerts.

The analytics dashboard is on track, but real-time listener counts will not be ready for launch. Product recommended shipping with daily downloads, top episodes, listener geography, and listening apps first.

Marketing requested clearer language on the pricing page around storage limits, included team seats, and migration support.
