Hi Daniel,

I’ve finished reviewing the Route 18 ridership data and updated the fall service proposal. The revised plan keeps 15-minute peak service between Central Station and Northgate, while shifting two underused late-evening trips to improve weekend frequency.

Could you confirm whether Operations can support the proposed turnaround at Northgate? If so, I’ll send the final schedule and stop-level impact summary to Communications before Friday’s public consultation notice goes out.
