Hi Daniel,

Just a quick note to let you know that I finished roasting your spring oolong yesterday evening. This was a small 6 kg batch, done in three passes over charcoal, with a full rest between each one.

The final roast is lighter than last year’s: toasted almond and orchid up front, with a soft honey finish. I’ve packed your two 250 g bags and can have them ready for pickup at the studio after 2 p.m. tomorrow.
