### Listener Analytics Beta

The beta dashboard is stable and currently used by 42 creators. Users value episode retention charts, but several have asked for clearer explanations of unique listeners versus total downloads. Filtering by country occasionally times out for shows with more than 500 episodes.

### Automated Transcripts

Transcript generation is averaging six minutes for a one-hour episode. Accuracy is acceptable for English-language conversational shows, though speaker identification remains inconsistent. The team agreed that creators must be able to edit transcripts before publishing them to episode pages.

### Pricing and Usage Limits

Current storage costs remain predictable, but bandwidth expenses increased by approximately 14% over the previous quarter. The team discussed introducing a soft monthly download limit for the Starter plan. Existing customers will not be moved to new limits without advance notice.

### Creator Onboarding

Customer Success reported that new creators frequently pause at the RSS import step because they are unsure whether redirects happen automatically. The current onboarding flow also requests distribution setup before users have uploaded or imported an episode.

## Decisions

- Release the listener analytics dashboard to all Pro-plan customers on August 18.
- Add plain-language definitions for downloads, unique listeners, and retention metrics.
- Keep automated transcripts in beta until transcript editing and speaker-label controls are available.
