Hi Daniel,

I’ve finished reviewing the passenger counts and operator feedback for Route 18. The revised plan adds one morning trip between Lakeside Station and the civic campus, shifts the 7:35 a.m. departure five minutes earlier, and extends weekday service to 10:30 p.m.

The changes should address the recurring overcrowding near West Market without increasing the peak vehicle requirement. Operations has confirmed that the new schedule is workable, although they’ve asked us to allow two additional minutes at Central Avenue during the afternoon peak.

Could you review the attached stop-level schedule before Tuesday’s service planning meeting? If there are no major concerns, I’ll send the final version to communications and update the council briefing note.
