[10:02:11] Customer (Ari): Hi, I just published a new episode on SoundNest about 30 minutes ago, but it's not showing up in Apple Podcasts. Spotify has it already. Is something wrong with my feed? [10:02:38] Support (Mina): Hi Ari, I can check that for you. Can you share the show name or the RSS feed URL? [10:03:04] Customer (Ari): The show is "Market Notes Weekly." RSS is https://feeds.soundnest.fm/market-notes-weekly [10:03:45] Support (Mina): Thanks. I’m looking at the feed now. I can see the new episode, "Rate Cuts and Retail Signals," published at 9:31 AM. The RSS feed is valid and returning the episode correctly. [10:04:12] Customer (Ari): So why isn’t Apple picking it up? [10:04:54] Support (Mina): Apple usually refreshes feeds on its own schedule, often within a few hours. Spotify tends to pull updates faster. I can also see that your episode has a 42 MB audio file and the enclosure URL is responding normally. [10:05:20] Customer (Ari): Is there anything I can do to force it? [10:05:57] Support (Mina): Yes. In Apple Podcasts Connect, open the show, go to Availability, Rights & Distribution, then click "Refresh Feed." That asks Apple to re-check the RSS feed. [10:06:21] Customer (Ari): Got it. I also noticed the episode art looks blurry in the SoundNest dashboard. Will that affect directories? [10:07:02] Support (Mina): The dashboard thumbnail is compressed for faster loading. Your uploaded episode image is 3000x3000 PNG, which is fine for podcast apps. Directories will use the full-resolution version from the feed. [10:07:39] Customer (Ari): Okay. One more thing: analytics show 1,240 downloads yesterday, but my ad platform says 1,108. Which one is accurate? [10:08:26] Support (Mina): Both can be accurate based on their counting rules. SoundNest follows IAB-style filtering, but ad platforms may exclude certain regions, partial downloads, duplicate requests, or downloads outside the campaign window. [10:08:55] Customer (Ari): Makes sense. Can I export the raw download log? [10:09:31] Support (Mina): Yes, on the Pro plan you can export episode-level download logs. Go to Analytics, select the episode, choose the date range, then click Export CSV. [10:09:47] Customer (Ari): I’m on the Growth plan. Is that why I don’t see it? [10:10:08] Support (Mina): Correct. Growth includes summary CSV exports, but raw download logs are available on Pro and higher. [10:10:36] Customer (Ari): If I upgrade today, can I export logs for last month too? [10:11:14] Support (Mina): Yes. Upgrading unlocks exports for retained historical data. Your account currently has analytics history going back to January 1, 2025. [10:11:42] Customer (Ari): Great. And upgrading won’t change my RSS feed URL, right? [10:12:03] Support (Mina): Correct. Your RSS feed URL, episodes, subscribers, and directory connections will stay the same. [10:12:29] Customer (Ari): Perfect. I’ll refresh Apple manually and upgrade if the advertiser needs the raw log. [10:12:51] Support (Mina): Sounds good. Your feed is healthy, so Apple should update once it refreshes. If it still hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, send us a message and we’ll review the directory status again. [10:13:07] Customer (Ari): Thanks, Mina. That answers everything. [10:13:18] Support (Mina): You’re welcome. Have a good one.
