Hi all,

We have a clear weather window tomorrow morning, so we're planning to install the new rooftop relay at 34 Willow Street between 8:30 and 11:00 AM. This node should improve coverage for the east end of the block and give us a cleaner backhaul path to the library tower.

If your service drops briefly during that time, it should come back within 5 minutes. Longer outages are not expected, but we'll have a tech on site with a spare radio and PoE injector just in case.

Please keep any roof access gates unlocked if you already spoke with us about hosting equipment. We will not need to enter apartments.

No reboot should be necessary. If your router does not reconnect by noon, unplug its power for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
