Hi all,

We have three South Hill rooftops ready for install this weekend: 44 Alder, 1183 Pinecrest, and the library annex on Mercer. The annex is the priority because it gives us a cleaner line back to the water tower relay and should take some load off the Oak Street sector.

Please bring two spare 60 GHz radios, the short mast kit, and extra outdoor-rated Cat6. The Pinecrest homeowner confirmed we can use the north chimney mount, but asked that we avoid drilling into the new fascia.

The planned backhaul test window is Sunday from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. During that time, some members east of Valley Road may see brief drops while we rebalance routes. I will post a notice to the member list this afternoon.

> Are we still trying to light up the community center before the school term starts?

Yes. If the annex link tests cleanly, the community center should be next. We already have power and roof access approved there, so it is mostly a matter of scheduling volunteers and confirming the sector angle.
