Discussion Summary:
The group reviewed the latest expansion proposal covering North Valley, Eastbank, and the airport corridor. Priority station areas include transit hubs, community colleges, hospital campuses, and high-density residential areas with limited parking.

CityRide confirmed that 420 standard bikes and 180 e-bikes are available for the first phase. Additional docks may be needed near North Valley Central Station and Eastbank Riverfront based on projected commuter demand.

Fare integration remains a key dependency. The regional transit card vendor has confirmed technical feasibility, but implementation timing is still uncertain. A temporary app-based discount code may be used if full card integration is not ready by launch.

Accessibility concerns focused on adaptive bike availability, dock placement near curb ramps, clear sidewalk paths, and multilingual signage. The group agreed that accessibility checks must be completed before any station is installed.

- Approve Phase 1 launch area covering North Valley Central, Eastbank Riverfront, Airport Connector, and Midtown Medical District.
- Prioritize 35 stations for September launch, with 10 additional stations held for October deployment.
- Reserve at least 8% of the fleet for adaptive or accessible bike options where operationally feasible.
- Use temporary app-based regional pass discounts if transit card integration is delayed.
- Require site inspections for accessibility, lighting, and sidewalk clearance before installation.
