## Discussion Notes

The group reviewed the first six months of ridership data. Weekday commute trips remain strongest near rail stations, university campuses, and downtown employment centers. Weekend recreational use has increased along the river trail corridor, especially between Brookdale and Riverbend.

Several members noted ongoing dock availability issues during morning peaks at Brookdale Central Station and evening shortages near the University District. GreenWheel reported that battery swaps for e-bikes are taking longer than expected due to staffing gaps and inconsistent charging access at two maintenance depots.

The accessibility committee requested clearer station maps, larger-print instructions at kiosks, and more adaptive bike availability at major hubs. Outreach staff also reported that cash payment enrollment remains underused because the registration process is not well advertised.

## Decisions

- The network will prioritize 18 new stations for fall 2026, focused on transit transfer points, affordable housing corridors, and high-demand trail access points.
- Fare integration will launch as a limited beta with monthly regional transit passholders beginning October 1, 2026.
- GreenWheel will increase weekday rebalancing coverage at the five highest-demand stations.
- Adaptive bike availability will be expanded from 3 hubs to 6 hubs by the end of the year.
