How quickly can we retrieve something?

Most standard requests are prepared within one to three business days. We confirm the cartridge, scope, destination, and expected handoff before restoring anything.

What happens if our archive grows?

We update the inventory and add cartridges in the same naming system. An assessment can be revisited when your active archive changes shape.

Is tape a replacement for our working backup?

No. Tapedrive is for durable archive and backup layers. Your active systems still need a tested, accessible working backup.

Where does security fit?

We define access roles, encryption expectations, storage location, chain-of-custody notes, and deletion or return instructions during intake.
