From: Maya Chen To: Regional Mobility Working Group Subject: June ridership and station expansion notes Date: Tue, 14 Jul 2026 09:18:42 -0400 Hi all, Ahead of Thursday's meeting, I wanted to share the June summary for the regional bike-sharing network. System ridership reached 184,620 trips in June, up 11.7% from May and 8.9% from June last year. Weekday commute use continues to recover, especially on the Lakeshore East and Midtown corridors, while weekend use was strongest near waterfront stations and the university district. The first twelve suburban infill stations are now live. Early usage is modest but encouraging, with the North Junction GO station already averaging 42 trips per day. We are still seeing rebalancing pressure around the hospital campus between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m., so operations will add a second morning sweep starting next week. Two items need partner review: 1. Confirm final curb-space approvals for the Phase 3 stations by July 26. 2. Send any comments on the revised low-income pass materials by July 31. For context, I am including Daniel's note below about the fare integration pilot.
