## Notes
- Current mesh has 47 active subscriber households and 11 backbone nodes.
- Average evening throughput is holding at 38 Mbps down / 11 Mbps up for standard members.
- Two recurring packet-loss issues were traced to the Maple Street relay and an underpowered PoE injector.
- Support backlog is down to 6 open tickets, mostly indoor Wi-Fi placement issues.
- The library is open to hosting a monitored relay node if we provide insurance documentation and a maintenance contact.
- Treasury balance is $8,420 after June equipment purchases.

## Decisions
- Approve purchase of 8 additional outdoor radios, 12 PoE injectors, and 500 ft of shielded Cat6.
- Prioritize new rooftop nodes at Maple Street Apartments, the library annex, and 14th Avenue Co-op.
- Standardize new installs on the updated 24V PoE kit to reduce field failures.
- Begin a two-month pilot for discounted service at $15/month for qualifying low-income households.
- Publish a public network status page before adding the next 20 subscribers.
