From: Maya Chen To: Daniel Ortiz Subject: Re: Moving The Weeknight Show to CastHarbor Date: Fri, 10 Jul 2026 14:18:37 -0400 Hi Daniel, I finished the trial migration this morning and CastHarbor looks like it will cover what we need for The Weeknight Show. The import pulled in all 184 episodes, including transcripts, artwork, and scheduled bonus clips. I also checked the redirect preview, and Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Pocket Casts all resolved correctly in their validator links. A few notes before we switch: - Dynamic ad slots are preserved, but the old mid-roll labels did not carry over cleanly. I renamed them by season so reporting is easier. - The analytics dashboard updates faster than our current host, but historical listener geography only imports as monthly totals. - Private subscriber feeds work, though we will need to upload the member list manually unless we connect Stripe. - Their support team confirmed we can keep the existing RSS URL live for 30 days after the redirect. If you are comfortable with the analytics limitation, I think we can schedule the final cutover for Tuesday morning. That gives us time to publish Monday's episode on the current platform and avoid changing hosts right before a release. My main concern is not losing the private feed subscribers.
